DESCRIPTION:Final Presentations: Solo Performance Class\n			\n		\n		\n			\n			Thursday\, July 30\, 8 pm\n\n			\n			\n				\n					\n						 \n						Mill Mountain Theatre's Waldron Stage\, 20 Church Avenue SE\n					\n				\n			\n			\n\n			\n			Carl Hancock Rux returns to Hollins this year to teach his incredibly popular Solo Performance course in which each student is guided through the creation of an original piece created and performed by an individual playwright. This showcase provides audience members with cuttings from these pieces\, performed by the playwrights and directed by Rux. We invite the public to come get a glimpse into the creative minds of our students and an energetic sampling of these unique works in progress. Projects from previous summers have been developed into full length plays and even been invited to major theatre festivals. A short talkback with the playwrights and Rux will follow the presentation. Sponsored by the Summer 2015 Playwright's Lab at Hollins.
