The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs provides strategic leadership and oversight of all faculty-related matters at VTCSOM. Independently and in collaboration with other leaders, the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs role includes engagement with and/or oversight of faculty appointments, faculty recruitment and retention, career development, including promotion and tenure processes, faculty-related personnel matters, including annual performance evaluations, professional development programs, well-being
