Christy Tennant Krispin, ACC, is an executive coach, ordained minister, and hospice chaplain with over two decades of experience working in corporate and non-profit sectors in NYC, Seattle, and Richmond. Obsessed with helping develop great leaders, she brings a deep commitment to service, clarity, and sustainable impact to every client engagement. 

Christy serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for My Father’s House International and the Krispin Jacobs Family Foundation, both of which serves vulnerable youth.
